Trial Period: If you are within the 45-day trial period and wish to return a product for any reason, please send an e-mail to this effect, and we will return an RMA number authorizing the return, along with return shipping instructions.   Please remember that the buyer is responsible for return expenses, and we will re-imburse the credit card account used for the purchase after the product has been received in good condition.  

Product Support:  If your Pine Bay product is not performing to specifications in any way, please briefly describe the problem in an e-mail, and we will respond, usually within one working day.  

If the product should require repair, we will return an RMA number to authorize return to the factory for repair. 

If this occurs during the 24-month warranty there will be no costs for the repair if it occurred under conditions of normal use.  In this case, the customer is liable for shipping costs back to Pine Bay, and Pine Bay will pay for shipping the repaired product back to the customer. 

If the problem is found to be due to stress beyond normal specifications such as lightning damage, dropping, or water damage, Pine Bay will provide an estimate for repairs to the customer and ask for approval before proceeding.
